    sweet! ^

  3. nicoco

I wanted to give a try implementing adding that, but you already did it krig :)

  4. nicoco

I may submit a PR for that "refresh" button I added, if I understand why what I did work (I mostly don't speak rust 😬)

  5. krig

    That would be great :)

  6. nicoco

One sweet addition to that panel would be a context menu with some "interactive rebase" helpers, like "drop commit"

  7. nicoco

    or "reword commit messagE" ✎

  8. nicoco

    or "reword commit message" ✏

  9. nicoco

although I guess rewording would fit nicely in here:

  11. nicoco

    make that buffer editable, maybe

  12. krig

oh yeah I want that and reordering/splitting commits.. and also need to add so it watches for changes

  14. nicoco

maybe it would be more consistent to open this dialog for "reword" though

  15. nicoco

about splitting commits, it would be nice to be able to split git's default chunks too, when staging

  16. nicoco

jetbrains's IDEs have a nice thing where you can stage line by line if you want

  17. nicoco

ideas are cheap, maybe I'll give it a go or someone will be faster than me :)

one cool feature that would be very nice to have, for me at least, is a "copy codeberg's URL with line number" in the right click of an editor window. I suspect it shouldn't be too hard so maybe a good thing to try for me. we already have "view this _commit_ on codeberg", but often times I'm interested in a permalink to a line number for a given revision, more than the commit.

  19. krig

    yeah should be doable
